Traveling is more than just moving from one place to another — it’s about collecting memories. For me, those memories come home in the form of fridge magnets. Over the years I’ve built a unique collection of travel magnets, each one telling the story of a destination I’ve visited.
On this site, you can explore my magnet collection and the places behind them. Some magnets are from famous landmarks, like the Eiffel Tower in Paris or the Dom Tower in Utrecht, while others come from hidden gems — a small shop in Luzech, a drive over the Gotthard Pass, or the harbor of Rotterdam with its Hotel New York.
This website isn’t a business; it’s a personal project. But if you want to dive deeper, I’ve included useful links to travel websites for those inspired to visit these destinations, as well as webshops for travel souvenirs if you’d like to start your own collection.
Why fridge magnets?
Because they are small, affordable, and available almost everywhere. Together they form a colorful travel diary on my fridge — a map of places I’ve been and a list of places still waiting.
